WALES fans are begging Uefa to overturn Aaron Ramsey's ban for the biggest game in their history.

Chris Coleman's Dragons meet Portugal in the semi-finals of Euro 2016 in Lyon on Wednesday.

But Arsenal maestro Ramsey, 25, picked up his second yellow of the tournament against Belgium and faces the nightmare of watching from the sidelines.

The booking was picked up for deliberate handball as Wales tried to stop the Belgians breaking.

Rambo has been one of the undoubted stars of the Euros with four assists and a goal in five games.

He will be a huge miss for Coleman's side, with Jonny Williams set to replace him.

But fan Joe Williams has made a last-ditch attempt to get Ramsey back in action with a petition, which has 3,301 signatures at the time of writing.

It claims: "This petition is for the yellow card unjustly given to Welsh footballer Aaron Ramsey to be overturned by the European football governing body Uefa, in order to allow him to play in the Uefa Euro 2016 Semi-Final Wales v Portugal 6th July 2016."

Ben Davies will also sit out of the match after being booked for tripping Kevin De Bruyne early in the quarter-final win.

James Collins is expected to slot in at centre-half but Chris Gunter could move infield, with Jazz Richards playing at right-back.
