ICEMAN Gareth Bale promises Wales will not freeze in their biggest game for 58 years.

The Dragons know a point from tonight's final Group B clash against Russia almost certainly books their place in the Euro 2016 knockout stages.

Bale yesterday posted a picture of himself brrrraving minus 161-degree temperatures in a recovery chamber.

And the £86million Real Madrid superstar declared: "Maybe the stakes are higher in this last game, but the boys feel more relaxed.

"We know what we need to do and we're looking forward to it.

"It would be devastating to go home now, but I don't think anyone has thought about that.

"We're a positive group and we always give ourselves a chance."

Wales reached the knockout stages of the 1958 World Cup — the last time they qualified for a major tournament.
