Fed-up England fans donate CASH to send Raheem Sterling home from Euro 2016

Fed-up supporters are so cheesed off with the Manchester City winger that they want him booted out the Three Lions squad.

The 21-year-old flopped against Wales yesterday, missing a first-half chance.

He was hauled off at half-time - along with Harry Kane - after Roy Hodgson had had enough.

Sterling had also failed to impress against Russia in the tournament opener.

Hodgson’s double changed worked with super subs Jamie Vardy and Daniel Sturridge both netting in a 2-1 win.

But it didn’t stop switty fan Aaron Bamford setting up a JustGiving page entitled: “Weʼre raising £200 to Bring Raheem Home.”

The page reads: “Roy won't leave him at the hotel so it's down to us to get him out of France.

“Let's face it we're all sick of seeing this guy mince down the wing and fail to deliver a half decent ball into the box.

“We'll bring the lad home and then we can all stop cringing everytime a gust of wind knocks him over.

“Don't worry about being generous, we're of one mind. A penny each will cover it I imagine.”

Cash has piled in since the page’s creation.

A £200 target had been set but that’s already been exceeded.

Supporter Trent fewsdale handed over £10 and wrote: “Come home sterling, your country needs u here!”

Tom Mann parted with £2 and said: “The modern age Theo Walcott, bags of pace just no end product.”

Another anonymous supporter chucked in a tenner and wrote: “Best thing I've donated for in years!!!”

But the collection is all to a good cause.

Any funds raised go to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, who offer specialised care for patients with a life-limiting illness when a cure is no longer possible.

Creator Bamford said: “I’m not to sure if people are aware of where the funds are going as the page was initially set up as a laugh (I never thought it'd actually get approved) however any funds will go to Dougie Mac.”
