With qualification already in the bag, Roy Hodgson has taken the opportunity to inject the Three Lions with new blood ahead of tests against Estonia and Lithuania in October.

Liverpool striker Danny Ings and Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli have been called into the England squad for their forthcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers, earning their first inclusions in the senior squad.

Manager Roy Hodgson revealed his 24-man list ahead of matches against Estonia and Lithuania, with qualification already assured for the Three Lions.

Daniel Sturridge, meanwhile, is left out of the lineup, with Manchester United defender Luke Shaw another high-profile absence through injury. Jack Grealish, who this week declared for England, also misses out.

Ings has carved out a place in the Reds first team this season after signing from Burnley, making his debut in a 3-0 defeat to West Ham.

The forward netted his first Liverpool goal in September against Norwich City and appeared 13 times at Under-21 level, scoring on four occasions.

Alli, meanwhile, is in line to win a first cap after representing England in a variety of youth levels.

The 19-year-old former MK Dons man has pulled on the Three Lions shirt in the U-17, U-18, U-19 and U-21 setups, and has hit the net once in his six Premier League games so far this season for Spurs.

England will host Estonia on Oct. 9 at Wembley, before traveling to Vilnius three days later to face Lithuania.
