"We could see everywhere that the organisation was great, the 51 matches were performed under optimum conditions. Little incidents, very few, despite the first day. Few incidents on the game too. For Euro 2016 it is the football first, I noted the good behaviour of the players from all the teams."
SOUNDBITE (French) Noel le Graet, President of the French Football Federation (about the French national team):
"The goal was to be part of the final four. France went to the end, of course we are a little disappointed about having not played better for the last game. But at the same time when we look back on the French team of Didier Deschamps, the staff and the 23 players, I say to you that, that they were really good."
SOUNDBITE (French) Noel le Graet, President of the French Football Federation (about the results of the French team):
"I always thought we were not the best, but we are doing better and we are close now (to the best teams). Two or three years ago were were so far away. Today I think we are among the best teams in Europe. Regarding getting to the final of the competition, our team is young and talented, will make further progress."
