Captain Cristiano Ronaldo, Nani and boss Fernando Santos led the celebrations as Portugal showed off their new peace of silverware.

Eder was the unlikely hero as Portugal beat host nation France 1-0 in extra time.

Ronaldo was withdrawn with injury early on, however, his teammates rallied without him to hold off France and steal the win.
