Portugal back to work after Poland win

Cristiano Ronaldo and his Portugal teammates were back on the training pitch on Friday (1st July), barely 12 hours after they reached the semi-finals of Euro 2016.
Portugal beat Poland following a dramatic penalty shootout on Thursday (30th June) evening.
Robert Lewandowski put Poland into an early lead, but Renato Sanches put Portugal level before the break.
Nothing could separate the two sides, leaving penalties to decide their quarter-final clash.
Despite missing a penalty earlier in the tournament Ronaldo scored in the shootout as Portugal progressed.
Fernando Santos' side are remarkably ye to win a game in 90 minutes at Euro 2016, despite making the last four.
