Their Euro 2016 quarter-final against Belgium.
The meeting with Belgium will be Wales' most important match since facing Brazil in the knockout stages of the 1958 World Cup in Sweden.
Now, Wales have the chance to get into the last four at a major tournament for the first time in their history.
So far in France, Wales topped Group B following wins over Slovakia and Russia before progressing through the round of 16 with a 1-0 win over Northern Ireland in Paris.
Chris Coleman's side will be buoyed by the good news that captain Ashley Williams appears to be fit and available following a shoulder injury.
Belgium will head into the last eight as firm favourites but Wales have the better record between the two sides in recent years.
In qualification for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, Belgium won 2-0 in Wales and then were held to a 1-1 draw at home.
However, during qualification for this tournament, Wales again earned a point in Belgium, before a Gareth Bale goal gave them a famous 1-0 win in Cardiff on the 12th of June last year.
