2016-06-29 00:58:00 from:SNTVSpain coach Vicente del Bosque reacts after his side were beaten 2-0 in the last 16 by Italy at the Stade de France in Paris on Monday.
SOUNDBITE (Spanish) Vicente del Bosque, Spain coach
"I think in the first half we were a bit timid, we didn't play with the same bravery and decisiveness as in our other games. I think in the second half we took a lot more risks, we tried to get the equaliser but we couldn't. Italy were better and I wish them all the best. As for me personally I have to speak to the President and we'll think about it in the right moment."
SOUNDBITE (Spanish) Vicente del Bosque, Spain coach:
(On whether it's the end of an era)
"No I don't think it's the end of an era. It's not because someone's here or someone isn't here. I think Spanish football has a great structure. And we've been working for many years. There's a good youth academy, there are good Spanish players. And the work of the clubs is good as well so I don't think an era is finished, no. We all understand how difficult it is to win a major championship. 24 teams...we've gone out today but only one can win it."
