Poland forward Arkadiusz Milik and midfielder Bartosz Kapustka spoke on Sunday (26th June) the day after advancing to the quarter-finals of Euro 2016.

"It looks like any team can beat any team at this tournament. The Swiss played really well and they had many scoring opportunities. We are happy that we have advanced and we try to keep our minds calm. But it is all ahead of us. A good strong team has to prove they are worth it."

SOUNDBITE: (Polish) Bartosz Kapustka, Poland midfielder:

"I think Portugal and Croatia are two completely different teams. We didn't analyse too much before the match. We wanted to win the game against Switzerland and we didn't have enough time to analyse it. We are very happy to play against Portugal. A team with a lot of individuals. We have already shown that we are a hard working team in and outside the pitch. And that is something we want to show again during the next game."
