Austria wary of Hungary threat in first game
2016-06-10 15:22:00 from:SNTVAustria coach Marcel Koller on Thursday (9th June) spoke about Euro 2016 and his team's opening group game against Hungary.
SOUNDBITE (German) Marcel Koller, Austria head coach:
"The first match of a competition like the European Championships is always the most important one, it sets the pace and we will be facing Hungary. Having said that the matches against Portugal and Iceland after that are equally important. We are going to train to the best of our abilities in order to get the right mentality and try to win these games."
SOUNDBITE (German) Sebastian Prodl, Austria defender:
"Adam Szalai is a very good Hungarian striker. He is strong and has good ability in his control of the ball. He is dangerous and always well placed in the penalty area so we'll need to be ready and careful. They certainly deserved qualification and we saw them against Germany. They are compact and physically strong so we've been warned."
