Chris Smalling played down any injury concerns on Wednesday and said that he is fully fit despite strapping ice on his knee after England's training session in Chantilly earlier in the week.

"There's not too much to be said, I think it's the case that you'll see a few different players with it during the course of the tournament. But that's all I'm going to say. I think I've heard Joe Hart is up here tomorrow so maybe you can get a bit more our of him.."

Smalling: "No, no, I'm still with it but I think in a couple of days you'll see someone new with it."
