The Belgium national team flew out of Brussels to their Euro 2016 base in Bordeaux, France on Tuesday (7th July).
After failing to qualify for the last two European Championships, a Belgium squad depleted by injury left Brussels for their Euro 2016 base in Bordeaux.
Currently ranked second in the world, Belgium have a host of quality players including Eden Hazard, Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku, but several key players will be missing.
The Red Devils are without usual captain Vincent Kompany, ruled out through injury, along with fellow defenders Nicolas Lombaerts, Bjorn Engels and Dedryck Boyata.
The side are placed second in the world in the FIFA rankings however, and touched down at Bordeaux's Merignac Airport later on Tuesday.
The team were swiftly taken straight from the tarmac to their waiting team coach - then on to the team's base for the tournament, the Golf du Medoc Resort.
Belgium are based in Bordeaux for the tournament, apparently at the request of head coach Marc Wilmots, who plied his trade for local side Girondins de Bordeaux as a player and opted for the relaxed atmosphere of the city.
Group E is likely to offer tough competition, with Italy, Sweden and the Republic of Ireland all aiming to knock out one of the pre-tournament favourites at the first hurdle.
Wilmots' side begin their Euro 2016 campaign with what promises to be a tricky fixture against Italy on 13th June.
