England rugby union coach Eddie Jones visited his football counterpart Roy Hodgson at St George's Park on Friday (20th May).

The England football team had a special visitor on Friday at their training base at St George's Park.

England rugby head coach, Eddie Jones, was in Burton alongside Roy Hodgson and his coaching staff.

Jones just two months led the country to their first Six Nations Grand Slam since 2003.

Jones was given a tour of the facility by Hodgson and joined the England boss for training, where they spent the session deep in conversation together.

The Australian will take his England side to the native country at the end of this month for the start of a three match Test Series with Australia.

On the football side, Hodgson put his players through training with the largest group they've had since the squad joined up this week.

Players from Liverpool such as Jordan Henderson were present, while defender Gary Cahill was back after an injury scare earlier in the week.

Hodgson's side will take on Turkey in Manchester on Sunday (22nd May) before travelling to Sunderland to play Australia, and then hosting Portugal at Wembley.

England will then travel to France for Euro 2016 where they will meet Russia, Wales and Slovakia in Group B.

If England's football team can emulate the recent success of the rugby side then Hodgson will be a happy man.
