SOUNDBITE (German) Joachim Loew, Germany coach:
(On Johan Cruyff.)
"Since his time as a manager at Barcelona - a decisive change has happened. And this particular philosophy which characterises Barcelona until now, which probably no other team or club in the world has, with such clear rules and such long-term consequences - and that was initiated by Johan Cruyff. So, that is why it is of course sad to hear the news. He has done an incredible amount for football and he was a great personality. And I personally, as well as all other football fans, I regret his passing very much."
SOUNDBITE (Spanish) Vicente Del Bosque, Spain head coach: (On Johan Cruyff)
"Allow me, before the first question to say some words to remember Johan Cruyff and what he meant to Spanish football and the world game. I have words of affection for a man who changed football and we feel his loss enormously."
SOUNDBITE (Italian) Antonio Conte, Italy head coach: (On Johan Cruyff)
"It's absolutely a shame to lose a person who has signified one of football's ages both as a player and as a coach. I'm truly sorry to think of it because it seemed his condition was improving after his operation. I feel really sorry about. I didn't get to have the opportunity to know him as a person, but he's one of those rare people that leaves a mark on world football's history."
SOUNDBITE: (German) Austria coach Marcel Koller (about Johan Cruyff)
"He was an excellent player who had unbelievable qualities with agility, speed, technique. He was an absolute top player during my time (as a player). He was a top player. It´s a shame that again one had to go."
