Turkey defeated Sweden 2-1 on Thursday (24th March) in a friendly match in Antalya, Turkey.

Turkey played host to Sweden on Thursday night as part of their preparations for Euro 2016.

The home side are undefeated in 11 matches, so it was no surprise to see them take the lead through Cenk Tosun.

Much to the delight of the raucous home crowd. And they should have seen their side double their advantage in the second half, however, Tosun inexplicably missed and open goal.

The miss doesn't look much better on second viewing.

And sure enough Sweden made the Turks pay for their miss. Andreas Granqvist finished from close range to pull the visitors level.

But Turkey were not to be denied as Tosun made up for his earlier miss with the winning goal ten minute from time.

The striker's double means that Turkey extend their unbeaten run to 12 matches.
