"The events that happened in the last few days in Belgium, the attacks committed this morning at the airport and in the metro in Brussels, tragically remind us the elevated threat level that France and its European partners are facing."

"Our position is to not give in to the terrorists and to ensure that this big sporting event can take place, as the COP21 took place, in a context where all the means are deployed by the state and the territorial collectivities, to provide safety for this big event.
