France World Cup winner Robert Pires picks his favourites ahead of the draw for Euro 2016, the former Arsenal player also says the news about Michel Platini is "a shame".

"I have a good feeling because I believe in here, in my country, on all the players because when you see the names on the paper the quality is here, the level is very high. So tomorrow is the draw and you know in the football, everything is possible so you have some teams like Germany, Spain, France - this is like favourite and after you have outsider team. So I think we will see a very good tournament and it is in France and I hope France wins the title in front of the fans."

"Yes of course it is a shame for France because Platini, Michel is a legend for our country. But I think for him it is very bad news because he is a very important person for my country, for the football because he knows perfectly this passion. So now we need to wait for what is happening in the future for Platini but yeah, it's bad news for him."
