Reaction after Croatia beat Malta 1-0 in Group H on Tuesday (13 October) to qualify automatically for Euro 2016.

"The game was a nice moment for us, for the supporters. Everybody, my team, everybody played very well. I'm very happy, but sometimes I think Croatia decided to go to Euro 2016. But I would like to be pleased with everything because we finished our tournament in the positive note. I would like to say thank you everybody who support us, all the supporters as well, and the players. Now we start a new season, we start another tournament. Now we'll see what happens in the next months."

"It's a difficult game you know. Malta is a good team, playing at home, cannot loose nothing and can win so much. We played with little big great energy. We want to go through to the European Championship and that's the great thing of that game. From the first minutes we had domination of the midfield, and we have great quality of players and that's I think is the big difference in that game. But I would like to say thank you to Maltese FA, for a great relationship between two FAs and see you soon. I wish you all the best for the next World Cup competition in Russia 2018."
