Sweden \'lost and empty\' after Austria thrashing
2015-09-10 11:27:00 from:SNTVSweden defender Mikael Antonsson and coach Erik Hamren react to their 4-1 European Championship qualifying defeat at home to Austria.
Script: SOUNDBITE (English) Mikael Antonsson, Sweden defender:
"It was a hard game. Right now we are just lost, empty inside, and it's hard to evaluate the game just like this - directly after. So we have to go home and think and see about the game and we can see what we could have done better."
SOUNDBITE (English) Erik Hamren, Sweden head coach:
"I think we started the game really good. After 8 minutes it was 0-1 and I think the reaction of the players was really good, because we continued to believe in it and play good. But after 0-2, then we lost our heads and then we didn't play well the rest of the first half, and I can't accept that. That's one of the biggest things I told them in half time.
"So for me … and the players… we have to deal with the results. Bad results in two games. And then we have to try to make something better in the next games we are playing."
