"Well, I would have liked to have won the game today because we would have obviously been in a terrific position and when half-time came along I felt we were in a commanding position but not on one where Scotland couldn't come into the game. And of course, everything else despite our efforts, we need to try and create a few more clear cut chances. We had a lot of pressure, we had a lot of corner kicks and I'm sure the stats must have been bigger if that's what you want to go with but we have to try and turn that pressure into goals and that is the most difficult."

"Absolutely. I totally agree with you. We didn't really want half-time to come. I thought Scotland were in disarray at that time and we were in control of the game."
