SOUNDBITE: (English) Gary Cahill, England defender (on the squad's fitness levels):
"It's a long season, everyone knows that. Everyone is involved in many, many games. The lads are busy preparing for a massive game on Sunday and then after that we can rest up and refresh the body ready for next season and the campaign that starts up with England again next season. Fitness is fine, we've one more game to go and had a couple of days training. We'll be more than ready."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Jack Wilshere, England midfielder (on progress made since the World Cup):
"We've still got a long way to go before we're where we want to be and we've got another year to do it. If we win on Sunday it will be a big step towards qualifying. We know we're not there yet but it will be a big step. We've got another year to work on this new formation we've got. In this team we're lucky, we're not a team that has to play just one formation. We've got quality players, we can change to a 4-3-3 if we need to, we've got pace up front. I think we're in a good position but we're not where we want to be yet."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Jack Wilshere, England midfielder (on his own game and injuries):
"When I was injured I read a few bits from people saying that (he should change the way he plays the game), maybe I should change it a little bit. But as soon as I came back I just wanted to pick the ball up and run with it so I can't change that. I can work on a few bits maybe, you look at the best dribblers in the world. (Lionel) Messi, (Andres) Iniesta, who run with the ball, it's always close to them, I could work on that but I definitely won't be changing my game."
