Marian Pahars believes Guus Hiddink should resign if Holland fail to overcome his Latvian side.

Latvia are just a point behind the Netherlands in their European Championship qualifying group.
A win on Sunday night will not only move them above the Dutch, but could prove the catalyst for Guus Hiddink to walk away from the national side.
SOUNDBITE: Marian Pahars, Latvia coach
"If he decides to do that, why not? From his point of view, yeah we are a small football nation and he manages Holland, so maybe he is right."
Hiddink has threatened to resign if Latvia secures a famous win at the Amsterdam Arena.
Coach Marian Pahars isn't focused on that however.
He just wants his side to stay in the hunt for third place in the group.
The Czech Republic and Iceland have a firm grip on first and second.
SOUNDBITE: Marian Pahars, Latvia coach
"The number three... difficult to say. Holland is there and we're close too. So it's quite an important game."
An important game indeed, that could either make or break the Dutch who have failed to live up to expectations after their sublime World Cup campaign.
