England have been handed a straightforward qualifying campaign for Euro 2016 after the draw in Nice, France, on Sunday paired the Three Lions with Switzerland, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania and San Marino in Group E.
Script:
England will be confident of reaching the Euro 2016 finals in France after the qualification groups were drawn in Nice on Sunday.
The Three Lions will face Switzerland, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania and San Marino in Group E. England boss Roy Hodgson knows the Swiss well, having steered the country to the 1994 World Cup.
France are the first hosts to participate in qualifying after a rule change, although no points will rest on their Group I fixtures. Les Bleus will play in the finals whatever the outcome of their games.
Vicente del Bosque and his current European champions Spain have been pitted against Ukraine, Slovakia, Belarus, Macedonia and Luxembourg in Group C.
Cesare Prandelli's Italy -- who were runners-up in Euro 2012 -- have Croatia, Norway, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan and Malta standing in their way in Group H.
Holland -- led by boss Louis van Gaal -- will take on the Czech Republic, Turkey, Latvia, Iceland and Kazakhstan in Group A.
