'The worst kit ever' - Twitter reacts to England's new shirt
Sunday, March 27, 2016 Source: Goal.comThe old adage 'you can't please everyone' appears alive and well on the evidence of Saturday night's activity on social media, with England's new away shirt greeted with contempt by many fans.
The Three Lions lined up against rivals Germany in a brand new strip. With both sides appearing in their away attire, England wore red shirts - with darker sleeves - and shorts with navy blue socks.
The mismatch certainly didn't go unnoticed among England supporters on Twitter, with former international players also chipping in to denounce the style...
Can't think of a worse England strip.

Just a small fashion statement. What sort of England kit is this?

I've given it 15 minutes. Can England change their kit, please?

I'm just gonna come out and say it... This England kit is abysmal (and yes, I know the home one is even worse!) #GERENG

FACT: England have never lost when wearing a kit stitched together out of Czech Republic, Cambodia and USA shirts.

Worst England kit ever. Embarrassing.

The England kit is like a selection from the lost property bin what's with the blue socks? #Nothingmatches #GERvENG
