Portugal trained at their team base in Marcoussis on the eve of their last 16 clash with Croatia on Saturday (24th June).

Cristiano Ronaldo and his Portugal team-mates trained in Marcoussis on Friday morning before travelling to Lens for their round of 16 clash with Croatia at the European Championship.

Ronaldo needs one goal to match Michel Platini's record of nine in the European Championship after scoring twice, and setting up one, in Wednesday's 3-3 draw with Hungary.

The 31-year-old Real Madrid star became the first player to score at four consecutive Euros and took his international tally to 60 goals in 129 games.

Croatia are a side high on confidence after defeating defending champions Spain 2-1 on Tuesday.

While concerns remain over the fitness of Croatia's Luka Modric and Mario Mandzukic, all of Portugal's key players took part in the training session.

Fernando Santos' men squeezed through the group stages as one of the four-best third place teams after drawing with Iceland, Austria and Hungary
