2016-06-19 04:33:00 from:SNTV

Poland players talked on Saturday (18th June) about facing Ukraine in their last group game at Euro 2016.

SOUNDBITE: (Polish) Kamil Grosicki, Poland midfielder:

(on whether he will be rested against Ukraine because he is currently on a yellow card):

"That's not how I see it. The yellow card, I'm not a player that gets a lot of yellow cards and I'm sure that the coach (Adam Nawalka) will talk to me about that. I am prepared for the game against Ukraine. I'd like to play against Ukraine, but the decision is up to the coach. I'm at his disposal, but yes, I'd like to play in the match."

SOUNDBITE: (Polish) Kamil Grosicki, Poland midfielder:

(On achieving progression to the knockout stages before the third group game - in contrast to their position at this stage in Euro 2012):

"As far as I remember, four years ago, the last game (of the group stage) was about saving face. Unfortunately, we didn't deliver, we didn't win the game. Today we are in a completely different position. We are in a very good opening position. We might even be fighting for the top of the group. For sure, we will be determined, motivated and focused on winning the game."

SOUNDBITE (Polish) Karol Linetty, Poland midfielder:

(on preparations for the game against Ukraine):

"We've had an analysis of Ukraine's strengths and weaknesses. We know how they play. In their recent matches, we could see they were really good at defence. For sure, they are a team that would like to avoid humiliation and win. We're aware of their forward qualities but we need to annihilate those and simply win."
