Members of Russia's Euro 2016 squad trained at the team's base in Paris on Thursday (16th June), less than 24 hours on from their 2-1 defeat at the hands of Slovakia.

SOUNDBITE: (Russian) Yuri Lodygin, Russia goalkeeper (asked if the team are confident they can beat Wales in their final group game):

"With all due respect to Slovakia, we didn't expect them to win. With all due respect to Wales they are not the best team, but they have managed to beat Slovakia, something which is very important. So I'll be watching the game (England v Wales) later, analysing it. I don't know the (Wales) team too well, but hopefully we will do our best."

SOUNDBITE: (Russian) Sergei Semak, Russia assistant coach (asked what the team have to change from the Slovakia game if they are to beat Wales):

"Of course now we just have to try our best. (Marek) Hamsik's goal (in the game against Slovakia) was really good, as was (Vladimir) Weiss'. But we can't deny the fact that that it was our fault that we made some positional mistakes. So like I said, we simply have to do our best and learn from the game."
