Hal Robson-Kanu talks about scoring in Wales' opening win over Slovakia

SOUNDBITE (English): Hal Robson-Kanu, Wales forward (on scoring the winning goal against Slovakia)

"Yeah, it felt great to put in the performance and get the result and scoring the winning goal was a special moment for my career, for my family and for the nation. We saw in the build up to the game that there was a bit of speculation about my fitness but come the game, I felt good, 100%, and I showed that."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Hal Robson-Kanu, Wales forward (on Wales upcoming match against England)

"Yeah definitely, I think everyone is aware of the quality that England have. But with any game, the build-up is about us - it's about what we can do, how we can affect the opposition and how we can hurt them. And I think, the players we have in our group, we'll definitely be confident going into the game, but in a positon where we don't have to go out and beat them, but they'll definitely have to come out and try to beat us."

SOUNDBITE (English) Jonathan Williams, Wales midfielder

"I was happy with my performance yesterday. I was a bit nervous before the game, you know, on a massive stage and going to play for Wales in a major tournament is something you dream of as a kid so. To go and put in a good performance in, it was really nice. But it's nice to be able to feel like I have even more to offer. This team is an amazing team and it's a pleasure to be part of this team."
