The Dragons are just 180 minutes away from getting their hands on the Henri Delaunay trophy after stunning Belgium in the last eight.

Their victory in Lille was watched by 1.27m - a third of the Welsh population and the third largest audience ever for any broadcast in the principality.

Tens of thousands of fans have crossed the Channel, while fans zones in Cardiff, Swansea, Pontypridd and Anglesey have been jam-packed.

The rest of the continent has hailed Coleman's men as the sensation of the tournament.

But the Wales boss has told his squad that they are doomed to fail against Cristiano Ronaldo and co if they start to believe the hype around them.

"If we go into the next game and think this tournament is so nice and it is great and haven't we done so well, Portugal will turn us over. They will. They will beat us,” he said.

"If we go in with that mentality that it doesn't matter as when we get home, the country have had such a good time watching us, it is over before we kick a ball.

"It is all behind us. It is only the next one. We have a huge chance here. I know how good our boys are and can be.

"We have to get our game plan right and then we have a good chance of good things happening.

"It is not easy to take the emotion out of the situation, we need to control it."
