Marc Janko is expected to be fit when Austria kick off their Euro 2016 campaign against neighbours Hungary.

The 32-year-old striker, who top-scored in qualifying with seven goals, was carrying a muscular injury.

But coach Marcel Koller, speaking before the squad departed for Bordeaux, confirmed he has a fully-fit squad available for their Group F opener.

"I have the line-up already in my head," Koller added to kurier.at.

"The preparation has worked perfectly. We are well prepared in my view.

"I feel relaxed and loose. Immediately prior to the game a certain tingling is coming, but it has nothing to do with nervousness."

Austria can also include Bayern Munich midfielder David Alaba and Stoke forward Marko Arnautovic.

Leicester's Premier League title-winning full-back Christian Fuchs will captain the side.

Hungary goalkeeper Gabor Kiraly is set to make history by becoming the oldest player to feature at a European Championship, at 40 years and 75 days old.

The former Crystal Palace keeper will beat the previous record of Germany midfielder Lothar Matthaus, who appeared at Euro 2000 aged 39 years and 91 days.

Coach Bernd Storck told UEFA.com: "I've always told him that age isn't important for me.

"I don't care if a player is young or old, he has to be good. Gabor is good - he's outstanding.

"He radiates confidence and is a goalkeeper with an incredible aura and charisma. He will help us be successful at the Euros."

Hungary have been based at a five-star golf resort in the wine region of Fayence, and Storck is confident their preparations have given them every chance of a successful tournament.

"This place is a dream come true, I think also for the players, and I think we have everything here we need to be successful," he added.

"So on Tuesday we have to give our best. We have prepared the team very well and they know everything so we will see how we can bring it on the pitch."

Striker Krisztian Nemeth is a slight injury doubt for the Hungarians and may have to start the first match on the bench.
